The following information is for Vendor's who plan on, and/or those who wish to apply to attend the 2010 "Earth's Treasures" Show.  At the bottom of this page you will be able to download the current year Vendor Exhibitor Form along with instructions in Adobe PDF format.

We respect and appreciate the loyalty of all the Vendors who have attend our show year after year.  It is our policy to first offer space to those Vendors from previous years who are able to attend this years show.   It is highly important to us that the show is successful for our Venders, as well as for our Club.  Therefore we limit the number of Vendors based on previous years attendance to the show.  As the show grows in attendance, as it has over the years, we invite new Vendors to the show, who will then become part of our annual show family. 

We encourage new Vendors to contact us and apply to fill show space in the future.  Also, there has unfortunately ben cases when a Vendor has not ben able to attend during a given year due to an emergency, wherein we will ask you to fill in for them this year.  This can give you a great opportunity to get your foot into the door so to speak, for when we do expand the size of the show.

SUBJECT:  Sequim’s CCGMS Show 2010 - “Earth’s Treasures” - Call for Vendors

This year’s show plans are now final.  Same location  -  This will again be a 3-day show, with setup after 6 pm on Thursday, September 30th, or before opening on Friday morning..

LOCATION:  Sequim Boys & Girls Club - Sequim

Setup  begins:  THURSDAY, September 30—beginning at 6 pm.

Dates and times:   Friday   -      October 1,           Hours:    10 am to 5 pm
                              Saturday  -  October 2                           10 am to 5 pm
                              Sunday  -     October 3                          10 am to 2:30 pm

The Boys & Girls Club location is the one we used last year.  This has allowed us to have more booth space than we had at the Cole Center.  Turn-around time is shorter than usual because we were unable to send contracts until we had a signed agreement for the space.  As in the past, returning vendors from 2009 will be given first consideration, but it’s important to respond as quickly as possible whether or not you’ll  participate -an email to me will be fine, with follow up contract by mail.  Please put “CCGMS Show” in the subject - address is below.

Price for space remains the same:  $10 per linear foot, with a minimum of half the fee due by August  1st.  Details for the show and Vendor application form/contract and waiver are enclosed, along with a self- addressed envelope.  All new vendors are required to provide a copy of their WA State Department of Revenue Business Registration Certificate with their show application.  If a copy is already on file with us, a second one isn’t necessary.  If you’re new with us this year, please include this with your paperwork.

SELLING FROM BACK TABLES: As you know, we do not provide back tables.  Space is priced by the linear front footage of sales tables.  Our board considered allowing back-table sales and has set the policy that no general sales will be allowed from them.  This decision will not affect the majority of our vendors, but might affect some setup plans.  If you need clarification on this please call me.

RAFFLE DONATIONS:  We’re proud of the quality of our raffle prizes, and they’re a great draw for the public.  If you would like to donate an item for the drawings, please take it to our Raffle Ticket Table, after setup on Thursday evening or Friday morning.  Please include your name or business card and a description so we can give you credit when it is presented.  Drawings will be on Sunday, about 1 pm.

CAMPING: - Dry trailer parking behind the building is allowed again —and the Sequim Elks Club (water & electric - $10/night) is still available..  Contact Foster Thompson on arrival to arrange.
