The shop is open Mondays from 9:00am to 12:00 noon, and Wednesdays from 12:00 noon until 3:00pm and again from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.

Members pay $4.00 for unlimited use of the equipment during those periods.

Les Mears teaches all members how to use and care for the equipment, and the shop procedures.

If you prefer not to use the slab saws yourself, Les will clamp and slice your rocks for you, for $1.00 per slice ($2.00 per slice for the 24-inch saw)

The club provides rocks for you to practice on while you're learning.

You can also purchase rough owned by the Club form Les at a reasonable price.
